Purrductivity stores all of your data — timer state, tuna count, items, photos, discovered cats, and session history — locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server, and there are no third-party trackers or ads. If you opt in to HealthKit, the app reads heart rate variability and sleep data only on-device to support the Body & Focus dashboard; this data never leaves your phone.
所有数据都只保存在你的设备本地。「专注了喵」会将计时器状态、小鱼干数量、物品、照片、发现的猫咪和专注记录全部存储在本地，不会发送到任何服务器，也没有任何第三方追踪器或广告。如果你选择开启 HealthKit，应用仅在本地读取心率变异性和睡眠数据来支持「身体与专注」面板；这些数据永远不会离开你的手机。

1. Can I switch off the notification when I leave the app? Yes, you can turn off reminders in the menu.

2. Can I add or modify activities? Yes — go to Statistics in the menu and pull down to the bottom. You can add, delete, or rename activities from there.
